Terrible pizza and terrible service! My wife had a steak that was ok-ish, although chewy. The pizza... Mafioso.. I seriously can't remember being served any pizza as bad as this, EVER! And this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant! Soggy, very wet and soggy, mozzarella cheese not melted. Doughy! Tomato sauce tasted exactly the same as a can of crushed tomatoes. And it was a LOT of it, making the pizza wet and raw. The worst part? I ate 2 bites of the pizza, then put it away. Nobody came to our table to ask how it tasted. Nobody reacted to the pizza put away untouched. When the waitress came for the payment she STILL didn't react to the uneaten pizza, and she did still not ask how the food was. So I TOLD her. Reaction? -None whatsoever! Did they offer any compensation? Took the pizza off of the Bill? NO! I have been a restaurant owner myself, the chef, the waitress, and the owner should be deeply...

I've only visited once. Went on a Wednesday, at 5pm. The good: Food is tasty which is really important. The bad: Service is slow. Really slow, compared to all other places I've ever been. It shouldn't have to take 25 minutes to fetch a bottle of wine and two glasses, when only 5 tables had customers. It's not a cozy place, a bit too bright. While sofas are sort of ok, chairs have low backs, so not for leaning back and chilling while you talk after you're done with your meal. More like, if you're done please leave...

There is an old Italian music that is not pleasant to listen to all the time and not in line with the style that the restaurant seems would like to have.
