I have been to lunch at Merwah a number of times. Firstly it seems that people know this is a great place to come for food. The diners are on 2 floors with a central buffet. We were greeted by the charming owner who directed us to a table in this lively atmosphere. The selection of salads alone is worth going for, some classics, others more original. While I can’t vouch for the authenticity of the Lebanese cuisine, the food was absolutely delicious. We opted for the “10 small dishes” to sample a variety of flavors, and it did not disappoint. Although it gets a bit crowded on Friday and Saturday evenings, the service was efficient, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food.

Nothing Felt very fresh. Dry meats, oily sauces. The bread was not feeling fresh either. Heavy in a word.but no sparkle or crunch.
The desserts all felt cream rich and sweet.
Perhaps less choice but a more real tiramisu or cheesecake or panacotta. Churros were very dry.
