Beautiful and well cared for atmosphere but outrageously inefficient service and pricing not worth the quality. With an half empty restaurant it still took them almost an hour and a half to serve our mains, which were okay at best. A slice of toasted bread with tomatoes sold for close to 10€, the tiniest charcuterie board you've ever seen for close to 20€... And so on. The strangest thing was seeing 6 members of the staff often standing behind the bar doing close to nothing while our food took ages to come. Maybe if the staff was better balanced between hall and kitchen it wouldn't take this long? I've been to countless restaurants that offered a similar dining experience (both in Italy and Sweden), filled to the brim yet still able to serve pizzas with a maximum 10 minute wait. There's absolutely no excuse to justify how long we had to wait. As a vegan I appreciated the fact they offered pizzas with vegan cheese as a substitute for the real one, but after tasting mine I would have preferred no cheese at all. Aside from how ridiculously thin the crust was (almost looking like a frisbee), the "cheese" they chose to use made it overwhelmingly salty and fat, a total mess. That poor margherita was totally destroyed. The tomato sauce beneath was good but completely overpowered by the saltiness and heaviness of this "feta" they decided to use. In hindsight I would've much preferred a marinara. I don't understand why use feta tasting cheese on a margherita? How is that authentic? When I asked about it to one of the waiters they told me "this is the way we do it!". Okay... what kind of answer is that? Such a weird choice for what tries to pass as an "authentic" Italian restaurant. Other non-vegans at the table also complained about the size of the portions compared to the prices and the only average quality of the food. Though they'll make their own review if they wish. Will definitely...

Read morePoorest boss I have ever seen. We were a group of 13 outside just under the music boxes when they started to play music on friday dinnertime. We asked if they can turn down the music, as we wanna talk and are to only ones hearing it. The boss (with beard) started arguing, "we are not alone", "this is public land", "if we mean serious as he can understand me", "there are 40 more people wishing music", blablabla. No customer focus, rude, aggressive. He obviously dont want customers and other opinion. NEVER go there again. Put that place in hands of a...
