The staff is generally friendly and quick. Although at busy times it can be a bit of a wait and seating might be a little bit difficult to get. The place is also usually clean.

The restaurant utilises the somewhat odd system of first telling what you want to have and then repeat the same order when paying which really does not make that much sense (it would be easier if the first step was just removed but I guess it is implemented to make the queue feel quicker).

Best burger chain currently in Sweden, however, the competition is not overwhelming with contender like Macdonald and Burger King. They have a reputation of slightly more expensive then the other chain, but I can't really say I feel the priced difference.
