Bricks & Bones Street Food — Restaurant in Lund Municipality

Bit bummed to be honest. You can't call it Hometown food without at least one HTB on the menu... I mean? I miss those the most. chunking down a Newyorker or a Madisok style ain't the same as those Caramelized cheddar onion+hotdog burgers of Chiloop.

needless to say first time I was a bit dissapointed and every other time I pass the thing I read the menu & just keep walking. & besides I think the reason I hung up on the "Genuine" street food of my hometown text blasted all over the truck is all about the fact that if you really nitpick us Chigagoans we're all about the Dawgies not so much the burgers.

admit; all these nitpickings aside the first and only taste was decent. as long as someone like me, Chicagoan born and raised doesn't take you up on the experience.

Helt okej burgare, framförallt bra bröd. Madison burgaren var helt ok och inget annat. Rätt kasst smashat (fortfarande relativt tjock patty) och bara stekt på ena sidan vilket jag tycker är för dåligt. Pommes får 4 av 5 med bra crisp, burgaren får en stark 3 av 5 och definitivt inte mer. Schysst personal som jag inte behövde interagera med mer än lägga ordern, ta emot ordern och säga tack. Atmosfären.. en grå men varm Lundensisk lunchtimme är inget som jag kan belasta Bricks med. Jag kom vid 1140 för att slippa lunchruschen. Kan bli att jag testar stället igen för att se om jag gav rätt betyg.
