A charming little church in Lund, South Sweden, the All Saints Church has an interesting tradition of having a free-for-all music session during lunch hour (1-2 PM). This happens once in a week - only on Wednesdays. It usually features someone playing the church organ or the piano for about 30-45 mins. The music ranges from Western Classical to popular - mostly Classical. And coffee and cookies are on the house. No wonder it's called the 'Lunch Hour Music' session 🙂.
I attended a couple of sessions and came away completely charmed by them - especially the first such session, which featured an aged bespectacled Swedish lady, who played a Beatles number on the piano, amongst other songs.

It is located at a convenient walking distance from the central station, the university hospital and the cathedral.
Well, the outside of the church is fairly ordinary. A red brick church.
But the inside of the church is stunning. My favourite part are the pillars which are made from red granite or porphyry which has been polished to a mirror shine.
The church is often empty and quiet so it's a good place for prayer or meditation or just some calm during the day.
