Sugoi Sushi Lund — Restaurant in Lund Municipality

After a evening in Lund with my wife she found this sushi place on the map and wanted to try. The service is more or less a touchscreen, this reminds me of Ica do our job for us scan machines. As my dreams never been to work in Ica or a sushi place I was hoping for some human correspondence since it is a small place not bigger than my own kitchen. After asking the staff about the menu and a hint why I was able to see weekend deals on a weekday, I wondered if I could order it and just wait two days before picking it up. A pre order sushi for the hangover service!

So many unanswered questions in my head after this place. The staff did leave the food at our table but the rest of the journey was find out for yourself. We had lunch today. The sushi were not well made, tasted extremely simple, the pieces were by far too large and clunky. What was with the giant crabstick? The fish was not fresh. Then there was the fly inside the buffe box. Nice. For 105 kr that was the worst lunch sushi I have had. We left half our plates and left and went to the gas station to buy something.

I had my lunch there today, buffet was not maintained, very poor buffet! Cleanliness of the buffet is bad, no follow up. Maki were poorly rolled and cut, you might need a fork to collect your maki from the soy sauce bot! Wasabi is not tasty, and ginger was pooly cut! The reachable soy sauce contains alcohol, you have yo ask for non-alcoholic soy sauce to get it from inside!
