It was a childhood memory from the 80s. My sister was given a princess cake during our vacation at Åseda. This taste remained in my memory very well. Then when I traveled to Malmö with my husband in the spring of 2023, the princess cake at Konditori Katarina caught my eye directly. There was only one piece left. So we took this and in addition a piece of the Budapest cake. It was just like my childhood. A fantastic taste ran through my taste buds. It was almost heavenly. So you guys really need to try the princess cake and for dessert, the Budapest cake. Both cakes are extremely delicious. Enjoy them. And thank you to Konditori Katarina for this new beautiful memory!

took my mom here for a fika. there is indoor and outdoor seating with pastries, coffee, etc. ambiance isn't the coziest but there's plenty of space. we tried the wienerbröd frukt (40sek) which had raspberries and custard. this pastry was tasty and a nice change from cardamom heavy swedish pastries. this pastry was also flaky which i enjoyed.

Super cozy café/ bakery with the usual baked goods you would get in a swedish bakery. The pastries looked all very delicious and the one I tasted definitely were. Great place for a fika or just for a coffee. They also have a couple of gluten-free options (most of them contain oats though). And also oatmilk to enjoy a vegan coffe!

Coffee: good. Pastries: the one I tried was good. One can buy bread, which is good. Looks nice and comfortable.

Negative note: the toilet was broken! Please fix it. Or, please put a sign at the entrance saying that there is no functioning toilet. Any public place like a cafe must have a function toilet, I guess, in Sweden.
