Subway — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

I went to this Subway Hyllie multiple time, every single time I order a 30cm Tonfisk and always get student discount when I show my Mecenat Student card. But this time, on the 17 April 2025, I got served by a person name Nesrin. She cut the amount of tonfisk ball in the bread from 5 to 4, extremely negative and contemptuous attitude towards customers. And when I show my student card and ask for student discount, she said I HAVE TO GET A MENU. I literally open the Subway website for student campaign, it said it applies for all Subs, she literally said to me "I DON'T CARE". What is this for customer service ? This is extreme unacceptable. We didn't get to eat. We visited Subway Hyllie, agreed on what we wanted to order and waited patiently for the staff to recognize we existed. It didn't happen for 5-7 consecutive, very awkward minutes. The staff were preparing a Foodora order, which is absolutely fine, but I suppose it's just common courtesy to make sure you recognize the customer and ask for a little patience. Visited Subway Hyllie in Malmo. Was served by a middleeastern woman.

No hi, no communication, no nothing. Just an annoyed look.

I ordered Italian BMT. I couldnt choose my bread. Wasnt given any option. Couldnt choose my veggies.

And ended up with a sandwich with mix veggies, random dressing and only bacon as protein.

So I got a random sanwich with ONLY bacon?

I left the restaurant sandwich uneaten. I will NEVER come back or support this chain of this exp.
