BrewDog Kungsholmen — Restaurant in Stockholm

I'm quite dissapointed to say the least and that's comming from a long time BrewDog fan who visited multiple Dogtap locations. My girlfriend ordered the hoppy meal box, which should include a burger, fries, an ice lolly and "awesome goodies". She didn't get the ice lolly nor the goodies. When we asked the employee with the mustache he said "we don't have either of those and I don't know either, I've just been working here for a few weeks".

So to conclude you pay 229 kr for a basic burger and fries without sauce. Where as a patriot burger (on the burger menu) with fries is 199 kr. So that must have been an expensive piece of cardboard box then?..

Of course we've told that to the employee and he offered her an icecream. As she didn't wanted icecream at the moment there was basicly no other compensation. We the made our own and said we will pay 199 kr for the patriot burger on the menu because you haven't delivered what should have been included in the hoppy box.

The worst part at the end was when I told them at the counter when we were about to pay that I was dissapointed. There was basicly nothing they could offer us except the icecream or some nuts. We've also haven't gotten any sympathy from them.

All in all I still love BrewDog beers and the company as a whole, but we are really dissapointed in this...

I went for the Wing Wednesday and the wings were amazing. I liked the interior too. It had a nice rustic feeling and was an enjoyable atmosphere. However! The service was not at the same level. We were sat by the window and everything we tried to order one of us would literally have to get up and go to the bar to get some help as the waiters almost never came by our table. Also we (me and two others) were there for the all you can eat Wing Wednesday and were told we could only order in 5 wing increments per person after the initial 10. When we tried ordering 5 each after that the denied us and said we couldn't order that many (even though we were told we could in the beggining) So each time we ordered 5 each they would just come out with 10 or even 9 wings which we shared among 3. Then proceeded to either wait really long before someone helped us or get up and go to the bar to get someone to come.

Such a pity when the food was so good. The service is really lacking in terms of instructions and being present when wanting to order.

I would still like to go here again for the wings though. Just hoping that maybe next time I'll get a bit better service and not told I can't order 5...

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Vegetarian Burgers at BrewDog Kungsholmen, and I wanted to share my thoughts.

The burger had a great presentation, and the patty’s texture was surprisingly satisfying for a plant-based option. It was seasoned well, and the balance of flavors with the toppings was on point. I also appreciated the freshness of the ingredients, especially the bun and the crisp vegetables.

However, I felt the overall flavor could be enhanced slightly—perhaps a bit more sauce or a touch of spice could elevate the taste even further. Additionally, the fries served alongside were decent, but they could have been crispier to complement the burger better.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’m happy to see more plant-based options on the menu. I’ll definitely be back to...
