Embargo Café & bar — Restaurant in Stockholm

We went to Embargo for an AW and got a very positive impression. The food was okay, the drinks were nice but the staff made the biggest difference. Very nice staff and especially Alec made the biggest difference. He was very sweet with us and the guests around us. My dog got water and snacks from him and he celebrated some guests birthday next to us and made it a very special experience for them. My friend was there at 10:45 pm. She wasn’t a costumer, but she really needed to use the bathroom. A worker let her use it after some talking and when she finished she wanted to go and he blocked her way with a chair, smashed the chair on her body and gripped her arm. She said please let me go and he was rough and aggressive. That’s not how you treat people. The worker had grey hair and was 1.80 m tall. I’m reporting it because she would never, but that’s not ok...

Was here yesterday and was going to grab a beer. I gave my ID and they checked it and it was OK, then after he needed to comment on my looks(?) He said I look like 17 and he would never think I’m my age. (I’m 26) This was also in a rude tone and not as a joke, it made me sad and uncomfortable.
