Good food, super grumpy staff :(

This was the highlight of grump, but not the only instance. We asked for water, he brought carbonated water taking us by surprise, and when asked if there was at least tap water (carbonated drinks cause pain, medical) he said nope, we don't have tap water, this is the only water, you'll have to take it. It was already opened by him on the spot so, we had to pay for water in Sweden, and water we don't want or ordered at that.

Our orders were wrong and the waiter was bothered by us pointing it out, seriously? We were being patient and as understanding as possible, anybody can have a bad day. But at least try.

Sorry guys, there's room for improvement in manners and attitude. Making your customers feel like we're a colossal bother in every single interaction is not acceptable. Making mistakes is ok, but this goes beyond.

This place is the closest you’ll get to an authentic Austrian experience in Stockholm — and that’s coming from an Austrian. They serve my favorite beer from back home, Stiegl Goldbräu, along with the rest of their lineup. Despite being packed, the service was surprisingly fast.

We had the classic Vienna schnitzel and a Kalkonschnitzel (Putenschnitzel auf Deutsch) with the size of a pizza and the classic Kartoffelsalat. So much great food leaves barely any room for beers 🍻

In the background, Swedish people were celebrating and cheering in a traditional Austrian way - lots of 1l beers and laughter.

The atmosphere was great, even the music playing was Austrian (Seiler und Speer). Will definitely come...

We dined here recently and had a mediocre experience. When the staff asked if my friend wanted anything to drink, she declined. Later, with the food, an unopened bottle of water was brought to our table. She didn’t touch it.

When we saw it listed on the bill, we politely asked for the charge to be removed, as we hadn’t consumed or requested it. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, the staff became aggressive, raising their voice and insisting we had to pay regardless. They even told us to take the water home if we wanted, which felt unprofessional and unpleasant.
