During my visit to Sea Shuchi, I had some issues. The staff were nice, but the food wasn't great. The Lax sushi was okay to eat, but it lacked presentation and there wasn't much ginger with it. The mixed big sushi and vegetarian bimbimpa were okay, but the bimbimpa was too sweet. The place itself is alright, but it could use some improvements. It's small, so it's okay for up to six people, but it feels tight. Overall, Sea Shuchi wasn't as good as I hoped.

Staff is nice, and I like the decoration and layout. The sushi was quite awful unfortunately, the rice tasted a bit old and tasted quite bland. Apart from the salmon, the fish didn’t really have much flavor either. The pieces contain way too big of a rice to be eaten in one bite as intended. I’m still giving it two stars because my assumption is that their bibimbaps looked quite nice.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had ordering sushi. While I also ordered udon soup and it was decent, the fish in the sushi was rotten. You could see green spots on it, and it had a strong ammonia odor on it. Of course I didn't touch it.

the miso soup was warm and tasty, just the perfect beginning for a cold weekend lunch, the Udon was very tasty and just the right portion. The noodles were not saggy nor uncooked just perfect. The bibimbap and their kimchi was very good, bibimbap could be a bit warmer but that fried egg was a just right! Surprisingly pleasant asian...
