Ok, so, this place in general is a solid 8/10.

Had a great experience at SoFo Sushi and Ramen in Södermalm! The food was excellent — the salmon poke was incredibly fresh, and the dumplings were packed with flavor. The staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome, which made the visit even better.

The restaurant has a medium-sized seating area inside, and in summer you can enjoy their terrace. The only downside is that they don’t have their own toilets, but you can use the facilities at the neighboring bars.

A enjoyable ramen. Chilli broth was spicy and heavily flavoured with miso. It has a more vinegar chilli flavour rather than a chilli oil chilli flavour, it still worked well but could consider a different chilli seasoning style and could be even spicier.

Pork was ok, needed to be more tender and have more finesse in my opinion.

Noodles were nice.

Fast service and friendly staff.

Would be nice if they had toilets.
