CHINA FOOD HOUSE — Restaurant in Sundbybergs kommun

As one of the reviews state, this is the oldest place in Sundbyberg serving up near-authentic Chinese delicacies. If you're eating there, you get served in really beautiful porcelain plates, and yes, the quantities are good for 2 meals. So either go there prepared to finish and really hungry OR go prepared to take food back with you. It's on a street corner and you can see the Marabou park entrance from here. To get there the best way would be the Pendeltag or walk from Sunbyberg. I would suggest you just stroll to the place it's worth the walk through beautiful 1940s-50s architecture and planning that the town went through in that period. If you want to enjoy better views, walk from the Solna business park side, as you get to witness some old churches along the way. Jag kommer till restaurangen och beställer kyckling Sechuan och kassörskan dubbelkollar om den ingår i lunchen(!?) Vilket förbryllar mig eftersom det känns som att de borde veta det när det är lunch.

Jag får tre vårrullar, dip och sallad som förrätt vilket var gott och något jag uppskattade.

Maten är HELT smaklös, rätten jag beställde ska vara kryddstark och stark, men här är den varken stark eller smakar något. Det fanns 7nte heller något som ens påminde om sechuanpeppar i maten.

Äckliga smutsbeläggningar på soja och sambal 🤢 gav mig en dålig känsla kring hygien kopplat till att personalen inte vet vilka maträtter som ingår i lunchen vilket vittnar om färdiga baser som slafsas ihop vid beställning.

Det var säkert 10år sedan jag hade en liknande restaurangupplevelse. Jag ger två stjärnor endast för att hon som arbetade var trevlig. Kommer inte sätta min fot härinne igen. Det finns andra i närheten som är...
