Omnipollos Kyrka — Restaurant in Sundbybergs kommun

Absolutely cracking setting in which to a drink solid, excellent and diverse range of beers: Omnipollo have made excellent use of an old church and it really is an impressive venue.

They could do with more tables as when I visited, on a Saturday around 7pm: it was really quite busy. Although the opportunistic side of me grabbed a table relatively quickly, it's a shame for their finances that they don't have more covers even though they definitely have the space to do so. However, there was no wait for beer and only a short wait for food.

Friendly staff, excellent beer, a good vibe in a great setting and decent food (the long bean slaw was great) from their limited menu made this a fun evening.

And finally, the skilled, capable people who enthusiastically brew enigmatic, high quality, small batch beer should be rewarded financially for that skill, knowledge and expertise; one simply doesn't get the very best without paying a premium for it in this world, so these entitled reviews whining about the price of Omnipollo's beer miss the point entirely. Absolutely amazing beers! A paradise for IPA lovers. Let me review based on different aspects -

Beers - As I write above, absolutely amazing! IPAs are awesome. Although I expected a wider range of beers considering it was a brewery yet they were just enough to delight our taste buds! Strongly recommend to try Omnipollos hatt, Tokyo rice IPA and Levon - Belgian Ale. Beware of the prices - beers here are expensive - 120-130 Sek range.

Food - Do not expect too many food options. We just ordered a couple of snack items and they were good. The place was understaffed so it took long time to order and get the food.

Omnipollo is probably my favorite brewery for many many years and so I absolutely love drinking there beers at the church. However I think they really need to work on the food offering, we ordered vegan hot peppers burgers and we were very disappointed by the buns which was very dry and kind of spoiled the whole thing. Which is too bad because the rest of the ingredients were great, not too fatty like in some other restaurants.
