Really disappointing experience! I ordered the vegan burger, but when it finally came, the fries and the burger were lukewarm. The fake meat looked pretty real, so I didn’t eat the burger yet, but started with the fries. They didn’t taste good at all - I never experienced that in a restaurant! Fries aren’t hard to make! When I asked the boss (I think he is) if it’s the vegan burger, he got angry and said yes and that I should eat my burger before it gets cold. I just thought by myself: “But it was already cold when your waitress brought it to me!!!” I tried the burger and ate it, but if I wouldn’t have already payed for it, I would have returned it and the fries because it didn’t taste good. The burger was too spicy for the normal taste (more temperature than chili would have been better!), but there was a lack of flavor and other spices than chili. It really wasn’t good. Also the waitress wasn’t friendly anymore after I had asked the boss about the burger in a friendly way. I’m not sensitive to food, but after eating there, my stomach didn’t feel well. The service is great, super friendly and lightning fast. The Buffalo Wings I ordered as starters took less than 2 min from ordering to service at my table. However this means they had them pre-made and put on heating - this made them super dry, spungy and not very warm. Tasted like the frozen ones you buy at the super market. The ”hot” sauce was not spicy at all. The burger (standard version) was ok for the price. Could use some more salt in the meat for better taste. My table was falling apart, my chair was falling apart. The waiters were super incompetent, the plates from our starters were on the table through the whole service even though we were obviously finnished with it, they cleared the table besides us looked at our finnished plate and didn’t ask if they wanted us to take it away. I had to move around like i was a ninja not to knock anything over. The food was bad, bought nachos but got some broken chips like they had given me the bottom of a dorito bag. My burger bun was soggy, but somehow really dry at the same time, it tasted sweet like a scone and fell apart. 1/100 this might be the worst place...
