I have been considering whether I should review my experience and after much thought I think it’s to your advantage I do so. Two days ago my group of eight ate at this hotel. 1- Apero at the bar. 20 minutes no one came- no whiskey or Pernod. bar was basically empty of beverages. Opted for Aperol Spritz. Arrived at table another 20 minutes before someone came. Orders done one wrong starter came therefore another 2o mns before he could eat. Mains came much later missing one steak. Everyone was finished eating still no steak. It was cancelled though the older service lady still brought it out and tried to offer it to me or others to take it. She repeated over and over it was a shame not to eat it and that it was nothing she could do. Never seen anything like it. We even met him and his wife on a hike and took their advice and walked up to the Hornli which was a challenge given the snow and ice on the mountain trail which we chose as an option. It was an exhilarating experience.||||We were not looking for a wellness experience so the hotel was just what we wanted. For us it was a great experience, including walking up to the hotel and back to town several times...
