Have been coming for many years but 2024/2025 season has been extraordinary disappointing.
Have come 3 times this season each with its own issue. First time we had a large booking of 10 people and the table was not ready nor large enough to accommodate for the number of people. Second time was Jan 1st lunchtime, very little people and food arrived quickly but proceeded to have to wait for drinks for another 20 minutes after all our dishes had been eaten. (1 Coke, 1 Rivella, 2 Waters, 1 Schumli Flumli). Today, although drinks has arrived fast, we are having to opposite issue as the restaurant is packed but everyone is waiting 40+ minutes for food. Expect much better from a restaurant built to service large crowds during high season yet obvious organization has been majorly lacking this season.
Restaurant is utterly unequipped to handle a crowd and lunch rush (12-2pm) during high season making people wait 40+ minutes for food to arrive. Although at least drinks arrived quickly.
Very disappointed with the service and hope for major improvement in future.
For those looking for a better restaurant on the Arosa slopes, I recommend the Weisshorn Restaurant. Beautiful view and consistent good service. Will not be returning to Tsuggenhutte...

Unfreundliche Bedienung: Leider empfand ich die Bedienung, insbesondere von Kellnerin Bettina, als besonders unfreundlich. Ihre Antworten auf meine Fragen zum Menü empfand ich als lieblos, patzig und töricht. Ich empfand es als unangenehm, als mir die Möglichkeit verwehrt wurde, bestimmte Gerichte vom Menü zu bestellen.
Unkoordinierter Service: Der Service wirkte unkoordiniert, was den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigte.
Essen in Etappen: Das Essen wurde nicht gleichzeitig serviert, was zu einer weniger angenehmen Erfahrung führte.
Preisniveau: Die Preise erschienen mir persönlich als hoch.
Begrenzter Platz und Tischvergabe: Es gab wenig Platz, und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das Personal den Tisch nicht gerne für längere Zeit freigibt.
