If you love ramen as much as I do, and have tried countless ramen spots (not just in Japan, but even as close as Zurich), you can imagine the excitement when a new “authentic” ramen place opened in Bern. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into disappointment.
Our ramen was served with soup that was cold and the broth was bland - nowhere near the deep, rich flavor that defines a good bowl of ramen. With the first sip, I was heartbroken 🥲 The noodles were nice, but that’s about it.
