first of all, I want to fully support any bakery that takes it upon themselves to go glutenfree, so here are 4 stars for this alone. the baked sweets are really good, but as everywhere, I yet have to find good glutenfree bread. I'm not saying it's bad; it's good enough if there is nothing else, but it's not "the best" I have ever had. further, here in Zurich I buy it through the Reformhaus and it's not always super-fresh and we all know glutenfree bread doesn't really hold to the next day. that's something that should be taken into consideration when sold the next day. and the "Croissant" has to go off the menu or get a different name, it was more like a Grittibänz (not in a good way). glutenfree Croissants are hard to do. but you don't have to. we migh thave to just accept that fact and let them be. but at the end of the day, any bread is better than no bread, so I'll definitely keep coming back....
