Welle7 — Local services in Bern

This evaluation is for the COVID test center only:

Very nice reception. But the online set up is a mess. Drop down list doesn’t work. The website jumps from one spot to another on the phone. Very disorienting design to make mistakes.

When entering there is a notice saying register online will cost 55CHF and on site cost 65CHF. But in reality the reception doesn’t do manual registration at all. So in the end you end up paying 65 still have to do it online yourself and have to wait in a queue all over again - this is in my point of view, same as a fraud.

Testing capacity is extremely under staffed. Waiting time is very long. Inefficient process, yet people working here are in general...

I took a course there and wow such a great building! The staff are super friendly and really helpful and I love the new modern build! The lounges are fantastic with lots of comfortable seating, little coffee tables and there are bookshelves with plenty of books to choose from. The toilets are clean and have modern technology and smell nice. Aside from all that Welle7 has shops and resturants on the lower levels and outdoor seating. The classrooms are very spacious and the huge windows means you always had a great view of the city and the sky. Overall I'm a big fan of Welle7 and I hope people find this...

Slowly getting ruined by greed, started with staff being super rude about just existing in the coworking space, to toilets getting charged and even getting pin codes just to make everything more difficult - all for saving... nothing? Instead of people in the coworking spaces, the space is empty, the toilets unused. Wow, good job. Not to mention the watch dogs angrily patrolling the entire space, making just being there super uncomfy. They'll just keep going with it until it's completely ruined. Won't ever...
