Went there around 17:00 and ordered Coffee which was good. Then we decided to eat and ordered some food. The food arrived on our table and 3 Sauces were missing. The cheeseburger which I ordered with +3 extra cheeses was the biggest disaster (see the photos). The BigMac was cold the Fries were ok. Located in the center, not so much places for dining in, cold temperature inside because the door is opening a lot of times (automatic door), food is arriving from 5-10 minutes. I give 2 Stars because the food is not hot and the cheeseburger is disaster and the cold Temperature.

Meine Kinder lieben McDonalds vorallem die Pommes. Je nach dem wer dort am bedienen ist, es gibt freundliche aber auch weniger freundliche. Ich finde es schade wen man mit Menschen arbeitet sollte man auch sympatisch sein.

Meine Kinder lieben McDonalds vorallem die Pommes. Je nach dem wer dort am bedienen ist, es gibt freundliche aber auch weniger freundliche. Ich finde es schade wen man mit Menschen arbeitet sollte man auch sympatisch sein.

Very well located in the walking area of Bienne. Don't expect to find a free parking lot around the building. We appreciated the terrace outdoor during summer time. Table service was quick. Staffs were nice and helpful. Food is like in any other Mcdonald's. During night time, there are sometimes group of dark skins teenagers wandering around and talking loudly on the terrace. It's quite ennoying sometimes when u are eating... therefore I put a 2* for the...

Today i went to get my order an was charged 19 chf but there was no chicken nuggets in there where it should have been there as per my order.. these guys are 50 year olds working in there ..totally exhausted an forgetful..guys please check your orders...
