What a treat! Fresh ingredients selected with care, beautiful compositions, surprising, tasteful, clearly a master cook at work. We had a dinner for two in early January, shortly after the restaurant's opening, and any expectations we could have had were exceeded by miles.

Superb meal with great service. Our table of three shared a perfect egg, green salad, and butternut squash soup to start along with a bottle of Taittinger.
