A cozy, modern eatery in Bellinzona known for its creative dishes and fresh ingredients. We stopped by for dinner and were genuinely impressed by both the service and food quality.

We tried two standout dishes:

📸 Flammkuchen-style pizza – Ultra-thin and crisp crust, generously topped with cream, onions, and smoky diced bacon. It was light yet flavorful—perfect for sharing or a lighter meal option. 📸 Bacon-wrapped pork with mashed potatoes and pistachio – Rich and hearty. The pork was juicy, the bacon added a smoky crunch, and the pistachio sauce added a surprising gourmet touch. The creamy mashed potatoes were comforting and well-balanced with the savory meat.

The atmosphere was casual but warm, ideal for both a family meal and a laid-back date night.

Chiedo se la pils è in stile tedesco o ceco. Risposta della ragazza: è la nostra birra artigianale neutra. Una birra neutra? Davvero? È come quando chiedono una "birra normale"? Da un pub/birrificio mi aspetto che chi serve la birra sappia cosa sta servendo. Come minimo. Prima di uscire vedo il cuoco che spilla una birra, vedo che la sta spillando dalla via della pils, ma la vedo torbida, molto torbida (da disciplinare la pils è limpida) Chiedo se quella è la loro pils, la ragazza mi risponde di sì. Era più torbida della weizen che prese mia madre. Oltretutto weizen piccola e calda. Calda perché probabilmente quella birra non veniva spillata da un po' e la birra nella via (fuori dalla refrigerazione) si era scaldata e, invece di far scorrere la prima parte di birra, è stata messa direttamente nel bicchiere. Essendo una birra piccola è risultata calda. Queste sono accortezze che andrebbero spiegate al personale, cosi come le basi minime per descrivere una birra. Nel locale ti può capitare quello che di birra non se ne intende e ti chiede una birra "bionda normale" oppure un biersommelier Doemens e fare una...

I have mixed feelings abou this bar. They have good Beli beer, picles, lard and meat plate. They also have flammkuchen which is a nice alternative to ubiquitos pizza. But, ones, there was havy smell of onion inside the bar that made us stay ouside. Also smt they run off dough for flammkuchen, however it was a middle of the week. Hope it was a...
