Beers? 13 ...the Birra Nazionale is courageous and awesome and you will NOT find any nast Fleshonshitzky here! Tables? 10++ white table cloth and actual napkins! Carciofy on a bed of Raclette? Honestly... who threw a cupcake! 10++++ Service? Solid 10+ Menu? I dare you to find a more fun filled delight... not your typical Italo fake Ticino...

Questa sera, ho ordinato tramite chiamata telefonica, 3 pizze e un insalata con gamberi, avocado e arancia. Ho chiesto gentilmente di trovare le pizze già tagliate (non è stato eseguito), una delle 3 era una margherita baby con würstel, ma era davvero MINI! Un altra era una 4 stagioni, 3 olive di numero, 4 pezzetti di carciofi, una parte è rimasta Margherita (non so perché, ma va bene), l’ultima pizza era una margherita con mozzarella di bufala, ho specificato tanta mozzarella di bufala (ovviamente pago la differenza, non ci sono problemi), mi sono ritrovato con 3 pezzi di mozzarella di bufala…infine l’insalata, 5 gamberi, qualche fetta fine di avocado che non era neanche buono, siccome aveva un colorino poco invitante, per una cifra di chf 66.- circa, mi aspettavo molto di più, più cordialità, più qualità, più quantità e più accoglienza, ho messo 2 stelle perché una la regalo alla Signora cameriera a cui ho aperto la porta di ingresso per farla passare in quanto aveva le braccia occupate da fornelli e supporti per fondue, altrimenti ne avrei messa anche solo 1 o zero…mi dispiace molto, perché era anche bello il posto, ho notato che c’era abbastanza gente, ma se si va in panico per 3 pizze e un insalata tocca rimediare, invece se dovesse essere un modo di lavorare così, consiglio vivamente di stravolgere il sistema. Ah, dimenticavo…quando entra un ragazzo, con un bambino al ristorante, sarebbe piacevole e cortese ricevere risposta dopo un: BUONASERA. I have lived next door to the restaurant for a year and found the family that owns and works in the restaurant to be excellent hosts. The food here is top of the line, I recommend the Merlot Risotto with Luganighetta or to sit for a serving of the Swiss specialty, Raclette.
