Our dining experience with this restaurant group was a journey of highs and lows. Initially, we faced a significant issue at Bräma. Despite making a reservation three months in advance, it was lost, and the manager on duty, Dusty, was unable to accommodate us or offer a satisfactory solution at the time. This was particularly challenging as we had young children with us and were left without a dining option.

However, the response from the restaurant group’s management following this incident was commendable. During a later visit to another restaurant within their group, the group manager personally approached us. They extended a heartfelt apology for the inconvenience we had previously encountered. The manager ensured we had a pleasant experience that evening. Their effort to personally address the issue and enhance our dining experience was greatly appreciated.

Bräma Restaurant offers a charming and relaxed atmosphere right in the center of Davos. The interior is modern yet cozy, with a pleasant balance between elegance and informality.
