Held my birthday dinner here last weekend. Unfortunately our group was split onto two tables even though we made a reservation for our group. To add to this, we were charged CHF10.50 per bottle of water that came in a carafe, not a labelled bottle but rather just a regular old carafe. In total we paid over 120 francs for water. This is not normal for Switzerland. When asked why this water costs so much, they informed me this is because they filter the water themselves. Suffice it to say, I was not impressed by this baseless statement. I would recommend that they improve their strategy on this as it left a lot of people annoyed. As someone who own a restaurant themselves, I really hope you take this as constructive feedback. Liebes Alte Post-Team Wir haben im Januar (KW02) an einem Freitag Abend bei Ihnen den aller, aller letzten Tisch für zwei Personen erhalten. Das komplette Restaurant war besetzte. Bei der Platzierung hat der Chef persönlich schon erwähnt dass es einfach sehr laut sein kann, dass alle Mitarbeiter/in an uns vorbei laufen werden, dass wir aufgrund Lage vom Tisch sehr viel mitbekommen würde und wir quasi beim Pizzaiolo und beim Buffet schön "z mitts drin" dabei sind. Ja Hallelujhaaa, dass war für uns einen super schöner Abend und was für ein Erlebnis. Liebe Gäste, falls Sie sich kulinarisch und eine TOP Bedienung und ein Abenteuer erleben möchten, müssen Sie unbedingt an diesen Tisch sitzen. WOW, das war für uns ein grandiose Erfahrung.
