Chic Chicken — Restaurant in Geneva

Dear Mr Nesret and Bedrije Sulejmani,

This review is coming from a loyal and long time customer. I regret to inform you that the legacy of your business is poorly managed by your staff and should be examined without delay.

Today on the 13th of January, I placed an order in person at 11:03 am. The issue was that the chicken was missing. This is acceptable and was a human error. The woman I spoke to wrote my name over the phone on a piece of paper and said I may collect my order whenever. Thank you to her.

Tonight, as a loyal customer, I placed an order again of 20 chf (delivery via uber) only in order to collect the chicken that was mistakenly missed on my order that morning. I called in advance and was met on the phone by a woman who said that it would not be a problem and to make the order. I then make the order with the same family name and a crystal clear message that referenced my call to the lady 1 minute prior.

I then receive 30 mins later, a cold order without the original chicken that was missed.

I proceeded to call back the lyon branch to which the woman said that she could not confirm it was me. It had the same family name as was written on the paper and referenced my conversation with her. Nevertheless, she refused to give me her name, she recommended I leave my home to come and collect the missed chicken and then said there is nothing she can do.

I therefore spent money twice at your business, without ever getting what I wanted and with a bitter taste in my mouth for your brand.

I hope you can rectify the issue in your staff before your other customers face the same disheartening...

This was the place for fried chicken in Geneva. Have been here numerous times and particularly enjoyed their chicken sandwich wrap. Last visit however was not good at all. The service was diaboloically slow, not helped by their service protocol. For the first time since dining here we received oily, greasy chicken (indicating oil temperatures are too low), definitely not their normal standard. I really hope this was just a glitch in their otherwise...

Pretty good fast food experience. The chicken burgers feature good quality, breaded and fried breast fillets, with bacon and/or cheese toppings (plus tomato, mayo and shredded lettuce) The sandwiches were tasty, but ultimately forgettable.
