Rude racist MALE staff/owner, Asians avoid!

My mother had ordered some food/drink and had been waiting for us in the restaurant for an hour, before we went back to fetch her. One male (big, bearded guy) came by and ask if we want to order something. When we said we are leaving, he turned hostile and said “this is not a waiting area and you have 2 min to leave!” He continued to grumble loudly, while he walked away from us.

In other reviews, I also read about a rude, MALE guy, who is racist towards Asians.

Racist & lack of hospitality in my opinion especially when: I asked to the male waiter, can I get the tap water from your kitchen? He replied:” You can take from toilet”. Really guys? From toilet? Is it hygiene?

He tried to trick us to order 4 cheese fondue for each of us, which 1 cheese fondue is enough for 4 people because it is a large portion.

He didn’t allow us to get inside the restaurant, only in terrace while people inside got warm.

A male waiter pretended not to understand English and kept loudly saying "What, what," refusing to serve us. This is outrageous and downright discriminatory—it really tarnishes the reputation of the Swiss people. It's unacceptable behavior that should not be tolerated in any establishment.
