Schinzenhof — Restaurant in Horgen

The personnel are very rude and does not care about customer satisfaction. Everytime you order the same menu, it comes out different almost everytime... I ordered the Bacon cheese burger many times in the summer with my Friends and they always gave me the Louis Sauce Separate to dip with my fries. Today they are very complicated and rude about it even when i nicely offered to Pay xtra for the sauce the refused and walked away with the food. You call that good management and good customer service? Oh hell no. Worst Place ever. Would never ever recommend it...

My experience with this place was as a guest at a ballet recital there. The surroundings for such an event was very nice. Large enough and not too crowded and since weather was good it was nice to also be able to go just outside the venue but still be close by. The acoustics were nice enough and the scene was very beautiful for the event. As a guest I only have good things to say...

Service is good but slow during lunch time. Impossible to stay less than 1 hour. Food quantity is good and quality is ok. Fitness teller is good but ingredients quantity is not ideal.
