Absolutely delicious food, from starter main and desert I can't think of anything bad to say about it. It's set away from the tourist traps so you know it's got to be good to survive. Maria the lovely host guided me through the menu, recommending the best items on the menu and fantastic local wines to pair. Price is on the higher end but worth it in my opinion.

J’ai fait ce midi un super repas et j’ai encore le sourire aux lèvres en écrivant ce post. Le chef à un réel talent et il sait transmettre du bien aitre, dans ces plats. C’est assez rare pour être signalé ! J’ai eu la chance de le voir travailler et j’avoue qu’il a bien couru pour servir ces nombreux clients de midi. Ce midi en plus du menu du jour, des plats en direct, à la carte, plus le client pénible que je suis, le chef à sortie une de haut niveau qui justifie largement le 15 Gault & Millau. La patronne est une attraction en soit et elle gère sa salle de façon très agréable. En plus elle a toujours un petit mot agréable pour ces clients (ce midi il y avait beaucoup d’habituer et certain venaient même depuis Martigny). Le serveur à lui été très professionnel.
