Le Bistrot des Ours or The Bear Bistro is a beautiful Alpine designed bistro by Franck Reynaud with some delicious dishes including : « Swiss alpine » Salmon rollmops marinated and smoked with Juniper wood; Peking duck foie gras terrine with Tangerine and black coffee brioche; Pike “Fish finger” from Morat Lake; Country beef filet with Chimichurri sauce, Shallot condiment and Homemade French fries.

For fine dining I guess there is no better spot in Crans-Montana than L'Ours. If you want the full experience you will need to pick one of the menus of 6 or greater dishes.
