When we were seated, we were told that it might take ca. 30Mins. for the food to come, and we said it's fine. So we selected from the menu quite fast and waited for our server to get our orders. My husband and daughter signalled several times that we were ready to order, and the server even saw them minimum twice and acknowledged seeing them (head nod/eye contact). BUT instead of coming to our table to take our order, he went to another table (the guests just left) and cleaned up. Then when he returned, he went to yet another table and asked the guests if he could take some of the empty plates. He returned and even brought them the dessert menus. All these back and forth, this guy server just ignored us. We were seated outside (as when we arrived, that guy server asked if we want to sit outside) but the bistro was not full, there were still empty tables. There were other 2 employees who served food in other tables (which were much nearer the area for indoor dining) but they also never came to our table. So our 20mins were wasted and we found it very unprofessional and rude how we were treated. Instead of cleaning up empty tables when there is no urgency to do so, they could already have taken our orders. Atmosphere was a little urban next to a really big skatepark and dirt track for mountain bikes.
