Today, June 9, 2023, I went with my girlfriend to eat at the coop restaurant. At the end of the meal, a strange piece of meat was found (which can be confirmed in the photo that I will attach). After confronting the cook who served us in a polite and understanding way (a small Swiss lady), the chef came (of strong stature and with a German accent). During the conversation with the aforementioned chef, the latter insisted that the piece of meat I showed him in a piece of paper did not correspond to the meat he had chosen from the buffet. While I continued to insist that the pork had been taken from the aforementioned place and that it could constitute a threat to public health, the employee at the cashier who received our payment, brought the tray with the leftover food, accusing that I had eaten most (which was true but say more than half of my plate was made up of vegetables) and I would only complain after I had eaten the meal. Unfortunately for this last employee, some equally strange remains were on the edge of the plate, belying the insinuation that we would be complaining after having eaten almost the entire portion. Compounding this sad comedy scene, one of the employees zs walks around the counter saying "I know what people like you are like" to which I replied "Are you implying that I'm pretending to make up this story to eat free?" " and the same employee zs directly replied "yes". The taller chef was more understanding towards us (perhaps due to the fact that I had reached the degrading point of identifying strange pieces of meat on our plate), at which point all two employees (lady at the checkout + zs) disappeared from this scenario. And at this moment I confronted the boss with the insinuation that the employee zs made about "we are the type of people who want to eat without paying". After this confrontation, he asked if what he had said about us was true, to which the employee's answer was yes, confessing the serious accusation he had made about us. The boss humbly asked the employee zs if she wanted to make an apology and she said nothing, remitting to silence. At the end of the story, the boss asked how he could compensate us (offering a dessert or some coffee), but we didn't want anything, it was never our intention to want some return (even though it was deserved). Ich war heute das erste Mal in diesem Coop Restaurant um Mittagszeit. Als ich rein kam, war die Atmosphäre angenehm, die Essensauswahl wahr auch in Ordnung und das Essen selbst entsprach ebenfalls meinen Erwartungen für ein typisches "Mensa-Restaurant". Soweit so gut, dies würde dem Median von 4 Sternen entsprechen. Weshalb ich jedoch bedauernder Weise trotzdem nur 1 Stern geben kann, beruft sich darauf, dass das Personal auffallend unfreundlich zu ihren Kunden wie auch persönlich zu mir war... Bei der Menu-Ausgabe wurde man angeschnauzt, wenn man nicht sofort sagte, welche Sosse man dazu möchte, anstelle gefragt zu werden, welche Sosse man denn haben möchte. Und noch viel tragischer; als ich aus meinem Getränkeglas bereits vor der Kasse einen Schluck nahm, wurde ich gleich von der sehr schlecht gelaunten Kassierin durch das Restaurant angeschrien und aussichtslos gezwungen, 2 Getränke zu bezahlen, obwohl mein Glas danach nicht einmal mehr bis zur 3dl-Markierung gefüllt war. Ich habe mich nicht gross dagegen aufgelehnt, da es keinen Wert hatte, mit solchem Personal zu diskutieren. Ich habe somit unrechterweise diese 2 Franken zusätzlich bezahlt, obwohl dieses Verhalten meiner Meinung nach absolut inakzeptabel ist... Nebst der Erkenntnis, ja keinen Schluck vor der Kasse zu trinken hat mir das Coop Restaurant Personal nur Unwohle bereitet... Ich hoffe, dies war ein Einzelfall und ist kein Standard, wie hier mit den Kunden umgegangen...

Ich komme jeden Tag an meiner Mittagspause ins Coop Restaurant essen, das heißt 100 Franken pro Woche gebe ich von meinem Geld hier aus. Als ich das erste mal ein bisschen zu spät kam und nichts mehr kaufen konnte, musste ich dann im Supermarkt was mir kaufen und da oben nur noch 3 Personen saßen und eine Mikrowelle gibt’s, habe ich mir gedacht es wäre voll ok kurz an einem Tisch mein Mittag zu essen. Nachdem ich schon 50% gegessen hatte, kam zu mir eine sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin, die mir informiert hat, dass es verboten ist im Restaurant Produkte vom Coop Supermarkt zu essen. Ohne zu diskutieren und da nur 3 Personen drin waren und ich nur Max 5 min bräuchte, um mein Mittag fertig zu essen, habe ich gebeten, ob ich ganz schnell fertig essen könnte und versprochen, es würde nicht wieder passiert. Die Antwort war Nein, ich habe keine 5 Minuten mehr und muss raus - ich musste dann mein mittag vor Coop Supermarkt draußen mit meiner Mittag in der Hand fertig essen. Regel sind Regel aber ich selber arbeite mit Kunden / wird in Restaurants bedient seit über 10 Jahren und sowas habe ich nie erlebt. 1 Kunde, der jeden Tag kommt habt ihr verloren und werde auf jeden Fall nie jdm ein Coop Restaurant empfehlen.

Unfreundlich und nicht menschliche Mitarbeiter, was eigentlich fast überall in Coop Restaurant der Fall ist....
