Wow, wow, wow, the food here is spectacular!!! This is the type of hidden gem that will have people lining up the door or you’ll find featured on a travel food show. We came upon this place by accident because we were in the mood for pizza. Instead, we found pinsa which is a antique Roman method of “pizza”, made with a mix of flours and fermented for 3 days. We ordered a half prosciutto crudo and half mortadella pistachio. Each bite was perfect, delicately crunchy on the outside and pillow soft inside.
