Wow, wow, wow, the food here is spectacular!!! This is the type of hidden gem that will have people lining up the door or you’ll find featured on a travel food show. We came upon this place by accident because we were in the mood for pizza. Instead, we found pinsa which is a antique Roman method of “pizza”, made with a mix of flours and fermented for 3 days. We ordered a half prosciutto crudo and half mortadella pistachio. Each bite was perfect, delicately crunchy on the outside and pillow soft inside. We ended up ordering another because it was phenomenal! The gelato was also mouth watering, a thick, creamy buttery texture. The Pinsa at David’s place is one of the best I ever had! You know the feeling when you eat somewhere for the first time and it’s heaven but the second time it just isn’t as good as the first time? You already know the food and it’s taste and know that it will be good but no surprise. But this time it wasn’t like that, the second Pinsa was as delicious and exquisite as the first one! Absolutely delicious ice cream 🍨 all handmade and the best was the lactose free ice cream made with local organic apples 🍏 and was tasting so fresh ! Never tried any ice cream like that before 🙏 And the dark chocolate ice cream fondente made with 70 % pure chocolate it’s like a paradise inside your mouth you just can’t stop and btw kids loooooove it 👍 They sell pinsa as well gluten free and so fresh !
