Such a shame! Me and my wife ordered a margarita pizza which was listed as ‘13chf’ on the menu- we both added mushrooms on our pizzas. On the menu it said ‘1chf’ extra per topping. The pizza was very disappointing and tasteless but that is not the problem. We were charged ‘42chf’ instead of ‘28chf’?? At first I didn’t realise and right after i paid I questioned the bill. The lady servicing said that the chef ‘used a special type of mushroom’. It is like a joke, they then gave us ‘5chf’ back, which again made no sense. English customers/tourists please be aware they are charging...

Worst service ever! We requested water for our baby and no one came to our table for 20 minutes. Our baby was crying the whole time because she was thirsty, and the staff showed complete disregard for their customers. We couldn’t even get a water so ofc we left without eating anything. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Avoid this place if you expect any level of decent service! Ci siamo recati per un pasto veloce al mezzogiorno.

La ragazza addetta all’accoglienza dopo averci fatto accomodare, si è scordata di noi. La persona che stava con me, con la scusa di andare al bagno, dopo 15 e passa minuti d’attesa, dove la vedevamo da fuori passare la scopa, le ha ricordato della nostra presenza…siamo stati dimenticati li in attesa che un miracolo ricordasse alla cameriera che era li per curare il servizio e non per fare le sfilate di moda.. Quando è venuta a prendere finalmente la comanda, si è scusata facendo ironia sulla sua dimenticanza… Non c’è stato portato neanche un pezzo di pane insieme alle pietanze, solo dopo richiesta ha pensato di rimediare.. e terminato il pasto non si è mai degnata di venire a sbarazzare i piatti e chiedere se andasse tutto bene o comunque chiedere se gradivamo dell’altro. Purtroppo, nonostante i piatti giunti a tavola, erano gustosi, con un servizio del genere, non professionale e non attento, ha trasformato la nostra pausa pranzo in un’odissea di 2 ore per un piatto di carne e uno di pasta.
