My wife and I had two great meals there in early July 2025 while on vacation. At the time it was hot and there were few customers those days, so we enjoyed talking to the owners Luca and his wife (whose name I forget). They also run the hotel by themselves. They prepared a great Pinsa for us with local rosemary and raclette cheese which was a generous portion and delicious. We also shared a special pasta with salmon which was excellent. We enjoyed Luca's specially presented Aperol Spritzes with a thyme herbal garnish. It was a pleasure being there and the second time we ate there we had the same experience. We sat for a long time and enjoyed the view of an historical villa across the street and were deeply grateful for the moment...
Read moreWell, a huge disappointment. Everything looked so nice on the website and photos in Google, but already by the arrival I could see, that it wasn't reality. The waiter tried definately his best to be helpful, but ... drinks were forgotten, food was tastless, meat suspicious... We were only 2 tables with 5 persons in the whole restaurant, but the food was not served at the same time. It seemed that the guy was a waiter and a Chef in the kitchen at the same time. Read moreThe best meal I’ve had in Lugano all week. The sea bass with potatoes was amazing. The buffalo caprese with basil was my wife’s favorite of the trip. The kids had noodles with tomato sauce, it was great, not too sweet like other places we’ve ate. The pasta, shells, broccoli, and pecorino looked amazing as well. They also have a chocolate cake with gelato that is amazing. Highly recommend! Everything homemade...
