A Japanese Sushi restaurant run by Chinese - end of discussion.
I feel bad for the people who ate at the place thinking this is authentic Japanese food.
This is the worst sushi place I ever went to in my entire life, and will probably stay the worst.
The quality of the food is terrible: for example, they served a Shrimp Tempura Roll, and the only thing inside the sushi was a small piece of a thin leg, no meat at all.
The service and attitude was even much more worse than their quality of food. First of all, the whole thing was so overpriced, even for Swiss standards. Secondly, when I complained to the manager about the quality of food, she insulted me and treated me as a weird person to even complain with such a thing.
All I wanted was a small apology and a promise of improvement, but she was not even admitting that the quality of sushi was poor, and accused me of being strange. She ignored my further complaints. Her such rude attitudes to a customer paying such an overpriced poor quality food, made me angry, and we got into a heated argument, but she eventually kicked me out and banned me from the restaurant. I convey my apologies to the customers who were there, but it turned out to be better for me, becuase she made me not pay for the food, as she kicked me out.
At the end she insulted me and my girlfriend at the same time saying "Good luck with this guy!"
For your own sake, I hope you won't go to...
Read moreI went with my colleagues for an end of year meal at KikuZen and we were extremely impressed. I've been several times before for lunch but this was a first time for dinner.
We had the KikuZen menu and it was absolutely perfect. The Miso soup was tasty and refreshing - packed with flavour. Then there was a dish of sashimi that was delicious. The teryaki beef was expertly cooked, plentiful and wonderful. We finished off with lychees which might not be original, but they're a great palate cleanser. We accompanied our meal with jasmine tea which was wonderfully aromatic.
All this for a CHF 59 menu with a little extra for water, tea and coffee. Amazing value for Switzerland and worth every penny.
I'll definitely go back and have the same menu again! It was just a superb culinary experience and normally such a modest outlay won't buy you...

It is one of my favorites in Morges. Good service, very good food, well presented. The prices are on the high side (even for Switzerland), but the portions are not skimpy, so you don't need to overspend. The quality and variety of food and drink are excellent.
The restaurant is right next to the main street, but the outdoor seating is separated by a barrier. The traffic can be a bit noisy at times, but not terrible. The location is very convenient from the train station - and worth stopping and going down for dinner if on your way to or from Geneva / Nyon!
If I could make one small change it would be for them to include a bowl of rise with the sashimi. The sashimi was wonderful! I also highly recommend the fried tofu as...
