Terrible Brunch Disaster at Entr’acte

Our experience at Entr’acte this Sunday was beyond disappointing. Arrived at NOON to an almost EMPTY restaurant, expecting a quick and enjoyable brunch. Despite getting a table for our group of 4 within 5 minutes , everything went downhill from there.

20 MINUTES passed, NO DRINKS. We ordered our food hoping for improvement. WRONG DECISION. 40 minutes later, STILL NO DRINKS OR FOOD. After an UNACCEPTABLE 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES wait, with ZERO updates and NO APOLOGY worth mentioning, we demanded our food or threatened to leave. The waiter’s response? NO CLUE when our order would come because apparently, a table of 5 was ahead of us. How, in an almost deserted restaurant?

Enough was enough. 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES, NO FOOD, NO DRINKS, NO EXPLANATION. We cancelled and left. DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL to the core. Entr’acte seriously needs to reconsider their service approach. We will NEVER RETURN and advise all to AVOID...

We arrived for brunch on Sunday ordered the same menu for 3 of us and one burger. Also asked for drinks for starters.... nothing ever arrived! We waited for 1 hour and only bread with jam honey butter arrived. And the other tables were free, only us 4 people and other table of 5 people. Neither us nor them ever got surved! We left the place after 1.5 hour without being surved. Situation looked like the place definitely being understaffed. Wow, what a positive surprise! This was one of the best burgers I had in my life! Every single ingredient (including the bun, the sauces etc.) is home made and cooked to perfection! The different burger offers are all very creative (mine came with avocado and chicken chorizo 😋), hard to choose actually. A big kudos to the friendly chef!
