Brauhaus Chuebelimoser — Restaurant in Neuhausen am Rheinfall

Really great food and wonderful service. Contrary to what You might find on Google, the restaurant does not serve fondue, but they do serve a delicious Raclette. The schnitzel was some of the best I've ever had.

The seating is intimate, and was a blast to be right next to where brewmaster was brewing while we were at lunch. Our server was wonderful, he seemed to love his job and made the meal extra special.

The house beer is quite good. Pale, medium body, citrusy with a little sweet/sour tang, but not overly hopped. It actually rather reminded me of hefeweizen without the banana bread finish.

It went so well with the food I drank two and took a nap...

Very good food, many authentic Swiss dishes - the portion size is huge!!! Like double huge 😅! And food is really tasty so we took everything leftover to go! While we were there it seemed to be a very popular place for locals to eat out and eat so that was a bonus for the place! Very close to the Rheinfall tourist spots and close to a center parking, so worth a visit! Very elegant and authentic, server was really cool and helpful as well! They have also English menus if needed. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but maybe that is quite normal for the Swiss area, we paid in the range of 55€ per person for a main dish...

We decided to have dinner here after a beautiful day at Rhinefalls which is just a few mins walk. The food is very delicious, the beer refreshing!! We sat outside and enjoyed a quiet night. The staff were super attentive, nice and welcoming. Our server was a nice young man who spoke good English. The two ladies who attended to us were also super nice. Maybe it's the time of the day but we only saw locals dining in the place. I think a lot of people (tourist) don't even bother to come to town after Rhinefalls. I think they're missing out on good...
