Definatly Rude service.Today, 26/09 at afternoon....Ask to propose me a burger that people like from the waiter(tall, normal weight, with hair in bun) and his answer was very rudely: man I dont know you more than 5 minutes. I can not. And when we arrived at the restaurant he asked: Have you reservation? -No -You DONT have reservation?! (Like we came to eat for free? Or what??) And he was ready to deny when I said if there is any problem? Bc as we see the restaurant was totally empty. Only a couple was inside.....-How I dont know that you will not stay all day?! -You know, you can inform us when the reservation will come so we will be done until then. Finally he LET us to get in. (Of course after hours when we left nobody new client came in...only the couple left and came a company of older age) when I ordered and he asked me about the side I asked what he has and he started to say so fast (and of course like he was saying that he hate us) that even the English company didnt understand. I mean if he hates his job then just quit..... we ordered mango margarita which was without alcohol. He denied at first to do something. He said that This is the point, because We did Not order normal margarita. The mango margarita should not let you to understand that has alcohol. Even when he finally changed. For me the amount was really small. But at least he added alcohol. Because before was just ice with mango puree for 28.5- and of course when we said goodbye the person in the bar didnt answer And the person of the bar was in distance less than 2 meters, so we said 3 times. If he didn't listen. At 3rd time we were sure that something was wrong there. At least ridiculous place.......just a bad joke... food quality: 2 stars. Sweet potatoes was overfried with black ends.

P.S. My friend she said their Mc&Cheese is the worst ever. No cheese. Just weird...

We have been to this place few times to eat, the food was nice, the service was very poor but last night we decide to go there just to grab a couple of beer. Before leaving we ask the Barman if we could pay, He told 32 Swiss Francs. As it seem not to ad up we asked him again and he repeat 32, I had already prepare 35 Swiss when he came with his money bag but before he took the money, I asked if I could get the bill. He went to the till, seems then to be typing the items in and brought a bill of 28 Swiss Franc. He didn’t apologise gave me back my 5 francs and obviously 2 francs change. It was very clear that this wasn’t a mistake and that he probably had not even type those drinks in the till. As we came in that same evening, the police was there as some customers were complaining about a member of staff that apparently over charged them. You may want to check your bill when you go there.

absolutely loved my first experience in here! awesome little burger spot! the cajun chicken burger were crispy, juicy and full of flavor with perfect seasoned. the bun was fresh, the toppings were just right, and the sauce tied it all together perfectly.

the atmosphere here is really inviting, nice, cozy and strikes the perfect balance with laid-back vibe. it’s such a perfect place to relax and chill while enjoying the good meal.

also big shoutout to Vera, the most friendliest and sweetest staff who made the whole experience even better and comfortable. she had great and positive energy that made me feel welcome and like a regular even tho it was my first time in here. she’s so sweet, helpful and attentive without being overbearing. thank u Vera!
