La mia recensione si basa unicamente sul servizio, poiché purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di provare le varie pietanze offerte dal locale, le quali, almeno quelle esposte, avevano tutte davvero un aspetto più che appetitoso. La signora al bancone che ci ha "accolti" è stata molto sgarbata. Ci siamo rivolti a lei prima in tedesco per informarla che avremmo desiderato consumare la nostra ordinazione all'esterno. Trascorsi svariati minuti ad essere ignorati dall'intero personale abbiamo fatto nuovamente richiesta alla signora anche in italiano, notando che questa era la sua lingua madre e che probabilmente è stata fraintesa la nostra intenzione a causa di un'incomprensione linguistica. A quel punto la donna, palesemente spazientita e senza alcun rispetto per la clientela, ci ha risposto in tono brusco e maleducato, dicendoci che sarebbe passato un cameriere a prendere l'ordinazione, o che, come minimo, le avremmo dovuto indicare il numero del tavolo al quale avevamo preso posto, aggiungendo stizzita di "non poter mica indovinare il nunero!" e di "non essere in grado di vedere i clienti che si siedono in terrazza!". Tornati al nostro tavolo abbiamo atteso invano l'arrivo di un/a cameriere/a, ma nonostante il locale (sia all'interno che all'esterno) fosse stato a quell'ora praticamente vuoto, non si è presentato nessun membro del personale (il quale era decisamente sufficiente da poterci prestare qualche...

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend im Restaurant Bun Di und möchten unsere Erfahrung teilen. Der exzellente Service von Donat hat unseren Besuch zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Seine Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit haben unseren Abend perfekt abgerundet.

Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümer Karin & Hansueli hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein, und wir haben ihre persönliche Note im gesamten Ambiente des Restaurants gespürt. Es ist klar, dass hier viel Liebe und Engagement in die Gästeerfahrung gesteckt wird.

Das Essen im Bun Di ist einfach fantastisch! Von der super Wild-Vegi-Variante über den Spezial-Burger bis zur köstlichen Suppe zur Vorspeise – jede Speise war ein Gaumenschmaus. Die Karte überrascht mit einer Vielfalt und neu erfundenen Spezialitäten, die unsere Geschmacksknospen positiv überrascht und überzeugt haben.

Das absolute Highlight unseres Abends war der Kaiserschmarren. Ein kulinarisches Meisterwerk, für das wohl selbst die Österreicher gerne nach Pontresina anreisen würden. Die Kombination aus Geschmack und Präsentation war ein wahrer Genuss, der den Abend perfekt abgeschlossen hat.

Insgesamt können wir das Restaurant Bun Di nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist nicht nur ein Ort für exzellentes Essen, sondern auch für herzliche Gastfreundschaft und einen erstklassigen Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auf weitere kulinarische...

Had an overpriced falafel bowl - I asked whether the bowl has just falafel and hummus or comes with a salad. The waiter responded that there is a salad - however the bowl actually was only a few drops of hummus with a few falafel on top. For 26 CHF this is a little surprising.
