VIVEMENT DÉCONSEILLÉ. Service lamentable. Pas sérieux. Malhonnête.

Nous avons demandé une offre pour un événement. Suite au rendez-vous initiale nous n'avons rien reçu. Après plusieurs relances nous avons finalement reçu un email de trois lignes "envoyé de mon iPhone" avec un prix par personne exorbitant sans aucun détail sur ce que cela comprenait comme prestation. Le comble est d'avoir dû, encore une fois, courir après le patron pour tenter d'obtenir les infos pour finalement n'avoir aucun détail de plus et qu'il nous demande de lui répondre rapidement car il avait "quelqu’un d’autre pour ces dates-là". La direction se défend en annonçant une reprise d'activité et un démarrage difficile mais cela ressemble surtout à de la malhonnêteté. Il semblait vouloir un montant déterminé et n'a en rien tenu compte de nos besoins ou souhaits. Que nous demandions une prestation ou un autre, le prix ne variait pas. Si le prix ne varie pas pour une prestation avec boissons uniquement et une autre incluant de la nourriture, c'est bien que la tarification est à la tête du client. C'est du moins la seule conclusion possible étant donné le manque de clarté de la part de ce prestataire. Pour toutes ces raisons il m'est impossible de faire confiance à cet établissement ainsi qu'à la qualité de leurs prestations. Je ne me risquerai donc pas à établir quelque relation commerciale que ce soit avec ces individus.

We asked for an offer for an event. After the initial appointment, we received nothing. After several recall we finally received a three line email "sent from my iPhone" with an exorbitant price per person without any details on what it included as a service. To top it all off, we had to chase after the boss, once again, to try to get the information and finally had no more details, he only asked us to answer him quickly because he had "someone else for those dates". The management defends itself by announcing a business resumption and a rough start, but this seems to be dishonesty. He seemed to want a specific amount and did not consider our needs or desires. Whether we asked for one service or another, the price did not vary. If the price does not vary for a service with drinks only and another including food, it is because the pricing is not fairly established. This is at least the only possible conclusion given the lack of clarity on the part of this provider. For all these reasons it is impossible for me to trust this establishment and the quality of their services. I will therefore not venture to establish any commercial relationship whatsoever with...

I was a big fan of the old Prieuré, four-five years ago. Now everything has degraded under what looks like a very amateurish and cheap new management. Silky cotton napkins and tablecloths have become paper napkins and paper placemats ; the stylish room has been loaded with garish pictures on the walls and cheap sculptures on the old windows; careful, attentive service (they used to serve a free mini-dessert with the coffee) has become slow and uninterested. The cooking is below average and in my specific case I had the misfortune to order an Entrecôte Café de Paris, while what they served was an Entrecôte Parisienne (a different and inferior cut of meat). What has not degraded are the prices, which have stayed mid-high, but now completely underservedly....

Incredible place and really great food!

I will always remember eating an enormous amount of outstanding meat (~900/1 kg) and having the waiter look at me really astonished 😂 great moment. I loved the wine card.

I recommend spending a good evening there then going to pully port for a romantic walk!

P.S: try not to eat as much as me.... Really hard...
