Review of Ricardo’s, St. Moritz: A Disappointing and Uncomfortable Experience

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Ricardo’s in St. Moritz left me no choice. While the evening started out fine, it quickly turned into one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Initially, everything seemed promising. The ambiance was nice, and our orders were taken without any issues. However, as the night went on, the service became slower and slower. By the time we got to dessert, the situation had gotten ridiculous. We waited for over 30 minutes for a simple dessert, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy.

What really pushed me to write this review, though, was the behavior of the staff. On multiple occasions, I noticed them staring at our table and laughing, which made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected. It was the kind of treatment that no one should experience in any restaurant, let alone one with such a high reputation.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. It’s unfortunate, but based on my visit, I cannot recommend Ricardo’s. There are far better places in St. Moritz where you’ll be treated with the respect and attentiveness you deserve.
