The whole experience was a disaster except our waiter Jose. We made a reservation a day before but when we got there , the manager sat us at a table that wasnt ready yet when there were a lot of other tables with reserved sign. When we asked why we werent given a reserved table since we had a reservation , he made some kind of explanation that didnt make sense but at the end he sat us at a nice table. We ordered steak which was one of the most expensive items in the menu at 51.50 Fr. I ordered it medium well and my sister asked for well done. After waiting 1 hour and 40min, we were served very unpleasant dishes.Both our steaks were cooked medium. I was so hungry, so l ate it but it had no flavor at all. My sister sent her steak back and explained in detail how the well done should look like. Her steak came back 2 minutes after sending it back just as same. We sent it back and asked them to take it off our bill. The whole experience was a disaster and the way it was handled was very interesting. Only our waiter Jose seemed to be troubled by the whole thing. Because they are a hotel restaurant, l believe they think they get business no matter what, so at the end customer satisfaction dont matter to the management. It was my birthday and l mentioned it couple times but even that didnt matter anyone except Jose. It was the worst dining experience l have ever had around the world ....

Read moreI have to be honest. I was not expecting much because my first meal in St.Moritz (NOT this place) was very much boring and the service was terrible. Hauser was the complete opposite. I was welcomed by at least three of the waitstaff as well as the owner upon arrival where I was sat down and guided through the menu. I was also asked so many times how I enjoyed the food as well as where I was visiting from. I was checked in on so many times that it made me feel so special (even though the restaurant had many other customers). The food was beyond delicious and made me sad that I was leaving on the Glacier Express the next day. I wish I had eaten here last night instead of the other place. Everyone in this establishment actually cares about the food, the drinks, the atmosphere and the customers’ happiness… This is an absolute must should you find yourself...
