Shocked to be charged more for the ribs I ordered because apparently....they had given me a menu that did not have the new prices on. When we asked them to honour the price (7.50 CHF less) because it was their error and we ordered the meal in good faith they refused. We also noticed that they did not offer us the paper menu which presumably had the daily cheaper meals? I don't usually leave bad reviews but I must say I categorise that sort of attitude, not accepting "they" had made an error not providing a menu with correct prices and therefore accepting they should charge the price quoted, as extremely poor customer service. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitress clearly didn't know how to use the POS machine and took over 30 minutes to process my payment. She blamed me for an issue with my card, but it turned out to be entirely her fault because she forgot to connect the POS machine to the network. To make matters worse, the manager refused to apologize for their incompetence and instead shouted at me. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also blatantly racist. Beef burger was average, fries nice and crispy. Schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce was boring, no taste, but there was enough meat. The restaurant was busy, but not too full, unlike the area outside: tourists waiting for buses.
