Restaurant Spreitenbach - Tres Amigos — Restaurant in Spreitenbach

Went there with very nice company and wanted to have some tacos. Unfortunately this Mexican restaurant does not have tacos. Ok no problem we ordered the beef quesadilla and the appetizer platter to share. That is advertised with nacho chips. As the food came out (and we were a little earlier than usual around 5:30pm) the quesadilla was excellent and the platter looked very good but did have literally 9 nacho chips on it ( the pic is posted too that is what came with it). The wings were cooked through but we're not very warm and the ribs were very dry despite them looking really good. Upon the question if everything is ok I asked if it would be possible to get a few more of the nachos. The reply was yes but they come at an extra charge. I asked how much that would be and have been told 10 francs with three sauces and 6 francs without. I said I would order the 6 franc version. The reply (and that is what infuriated me) was I have to order first the 10 Franc one and can then order the 6 Franc add on. What an absolute knockel head move. When I replied that we have ordered a dish with three sauces and chips already the server just said well that's our menu. I find it very hard that the 50 cents worth of chips was worth the discussion and the fact of not being able to serve the 6 Franc portion (for nachos only) is ludacris. The food is ok but not great and the service or at least the liberty of the personnel of making 50-75 cent decisions is absolutely horrible. Swiss customer service at it's finest for a meal for two at 83...

Such a nice mexican restaurant! Huge props to the owner. I have been there three times in the last two weeks.

The price performance is soo good! I dont know any other restaurant which is so cheap and still serves such good food.

One time we had the fajitas for two and on the other day we took the single fajitas portion. Tortillas can be ordered again if needed. The sauces and meet are all very good except the Cuacamole. It tastes not new but fresh out of a can or glas. Somehow really understandable because of that pricerange... I love the hot plate with the meat on it and the burned onions at the bottom.

The staff is very friendly and i really like the fact that they have a few of young staff working there. It makes it especcialy for young adults very attractive.

More than enough parking spots in the integrated parkinggarage below the restaurant and the cinema. There are also electric charging stations which...

Wenn ich sagen würde, dass ich bei der Ankunft in diesem Restaurant, das Gefühl hatte, es sei "Der Zukunftstag" und Fünftklässler dürfen einmal ein Restaurant führen, wird es eine Beleidigung für die Kinder/Jugendliche sein! Aber fangen wir von vorne an: schon bei der Reservation am DO 19.01.23 ca. 16:30 Uhr vor Ort (nach Kauf der Kinotickets), dachte ich den einen Mitarbeiter beim Nichtstun zu stören. Beim Erfassen des Namens und Telefon Nr. schob er mir sein Tablet rüber, damit ich meine Reservation praktisch selber erfasse. Weiter äusserte ich den Wunsch, mit meiner Frau, wenn möglich einen Zweiertisch zu erhalten. Dies sollte kein Problem sein, er nannte mir sogar, wenn ich mich recht entsinne die Tischnummer. Da ich etwas Begriffsstutzig war und leider nicht die Anordnung mit der Nummerierung wusste, fragte ich ihn wo genau das sei. Widerwillig und genervt musste er nun 20 m gehen, um mir den Platz zu zeigen. Jetzt spulen wir vor zur Reservation am 21.01.23 20:30 Uhr (Eintreffen 20:20 Uhr nach Kinofilm). Das Personal ging an uns vorbei und erst nach Ansprechen wurden wir an den Eingangsbereich/Anmeldung gebeten (sehr dumm platziert, man steht vor dem einen Eingang an der Hauptstrasse). Wir mussten mit einem aufdringlichem "GRÜEZI" auf uns aufmerksam machen, da die Dame an diesem Empfangsteil damit beschäftigt war, uns offensichtlich nicht zu beachten. Als wir dann endlich auf unsere Reservation aufmerksam machen konnten und diese auch im System gefunden wurde, meinte diese Dame, dass sich da der „Chef“ darum kümmern soll. Dieser sogenannte "Chef" stand unmittelbar hinter ihr und drückte dann den finalen Button auf dem Tablet, was offenbar nur der „Chef“ kann. Juhu, mit anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten haben wir es nun geschafft, könnte man meinen.... Der „Chef“ brachte uns an ein Tisch zwischen unzähligen anderen Gästen. Eigentlich genau das, was ich nicht wollte. Als ich ihn darauf aufmerksam machte, dass wir explizit ein Zweiertisch reserviert haben, meinte er, wie das ein vorbildlicher kompetenter Restaurant-Chef sagt: "von dem weiss ich Nichts". Dann wurden wir stehen gelassen. Wir überlegten knapp10 Sekunden und gingen dann in ein Restaurant dass Kunden zu schätzen weiss. Ich sagte noch dem "Chef" (musste ihn unterbrechen, da er mit einer Dame vom Service am Plauschen war) dass ich extra am Donnerstag hier war um zu reservieren, was wäre wenn wir Hochzeitstag oder ähnliches hätten (zugegeben würden wir niemals dort hingehen ...) sei doch ein Sch...sladen (hoffe spätestens jetzt erinnert man sich an mich, falls diese Bewertungen überhaupt gelesen werden). In diesem Sinne: wir waren zweimal dort, DAS ERSTE MAL UND DAS LETZTE MAL. Eine kleine Pandemie würde euch vielleicht wieder mal nicht schaden ;-)
