On Wednesday afternoon I visited the restaurant Burger King in Spreitenbach and I ordered a whoopper double burger veggie… towards to the end of the burger I start to feel a bad taste.. then I open the burger and I see inside that one of the two veggie beef was uncooked. I saw an employee (from the drive position had not a name) and I want to inform what I find to my burger. Their answer was that is depending from the grill… i don’t know really.. is depending on the grill?? for example some come out cooked and some uncooked, but this is not a problem??because you consider that is normal to give to the customer burgers that are uncooked! Finally she ask me if I want to change it with a new one and my answer was NO definitely No! And also her answer was ok!! NEVER again!!! Sanitary must...

Just came here and wondered why it was so empty, (only 1 customer who ordered two menu’s). Then proceeded to order 3 menu’s to go and had to pay CHF 70.40!! That is 72 Euros. I understand Suisse is expensive, but now I also understand why it is so empty. For that price one can eat at home for a couple of days with the whole family. On top of that, literally no one spoke German, French or Swiss. In Schweiz. Only a few words of indian dinglish. Workers are touching your food with bare hands. All in all it took 23 minutes to prepare....
