I wanted to order another espresso and ask for the bill. Allgemein, 3/5: Das Personal ist zwar freundlich und wir wurden schnell bedient aber die Küche war wirklich schlecht.

Mittagessen, 1/5: Die Speisekarte ist sehr klein und es gibt kaum Auswahl. Meinem Vater haben die Kalbsfleischpasteten geschmeckt aber es gab nur eine einzige Pastete, dafür genügend Fleisch und Sauce und ziemlich viele Erbsen. Meine Mutter wählte die Älplermacronen und die Teigwaren waren nicht mal al dente. Sie waren ein ticken zu sehr roh aber das ist wohl Geschmackssache. Meine Essen war jedoch eine Qual und ja, auch hier ist es nunmal Geschmackssache aber Bah! Ich habe mich für die Rösti mit Gemüse, Pilzen und Alpkäse entschieden. Etwas Gesundes, mit etwas Protein. Da kann nichts schief gehen... Tja falsch gedacht. Das Gemüse ist in Öl und Butter geschwommen, genauso wie die Rösti (glaubt mir, das ganze Fett konnte nicht alles vom geschmolzenen Käse kommen. Es war viel zu viel Fett.), und alles war vollkommen überwürzt. Manchmal wünschte ich mir etwas mehr Mut, um das Essen wieder in die Küche zurückzuschicken aber ich habs natürlich trotzdem bis zu einem Viertel runtergewürgt, während mir das Fett aus den Gesichtsporen wieder herausgequollen ist. Naja, ich persönlich würde dort niemals mehr zum Mittagessen einkehren und wenn, dann höchstens für Canapes und Sandwiches. Die sahen lecker aus. Auch das Gebäck und die Kuchenstücke sahen vorzüglich aus aber der Appetit auf eine Nachspeise ist mir vergangen.
